Intake Session: 1 hour
An intake session for divorce coaching is an initial meeting where you and the coach discuss your situation, goals, and expectations. This session is crucial for establishing a rapport and understanding your unique needs. During the intake, the coach may ask questions about your current circumstances, past experiences, and what you hope to achieve through coaching, allowing them to tailor their approach to best support you.

The focus is on empowering you to navigate the divorce process with confidence and clarity.
As your coach, I am available as needed. We can schedule meetings, or you can reach me if something comes up or if you want to talk.
